Behind the scenes at Nimb

Thursday 8 December Nimb opened their doors for 20 graduates and students from Cphbusiness, who had taken the unique chance to go behind the scenes at Nimb, the exclusive restaurant, bar and hotel.

Hotel manager Inge Farina guided the participants around the premises and answered all the questions.

“It was very good. We saw the biggest hotel suite at Nimb and Inge was good at telling us about how they work with the strategy at Nimb and the customer experiences. She also told us a lot about their event department. It was very inspiring”, says Frederik Ladehoff, who is a Cphbusiness graduate from Service, Hospitality and Tourism Management and now studies the bachelor in International Sales and Marketing Management at Cphbusiness.

After the guided tour at Nimb it was time for some casual networking in the Nimb Vinotek, where a sommerlier at Nimb served a glass of wine and delicious snacks for the participants. “Especially the networking part of the event was really good.it was a great way to end the event”, says Frederik Ladehoff.
