Invitation to the annual general meeting in Cphbusiness Students

Your student organization, Cphbusiness Students, would like to invite all students at Cphbusiness to the annual general meeting (AGM).

This is your opportunity for you to show your support to the student organization, to learn about our current situation and to have your say!

When: Wednesday 15 November 2018 at 17:00 to 19:00 
Where: Cphbusiness Søerne, Nansensgade 19, 1366 Kbh. K.
Catering: Snacks and drinks

1. Election of moderator 
2. Election of referent 
3. The boards’ report 
4. Financial reporting, including auditors’ observation of the account and approval of the financial statements
5. Budget
6. Member topics 
7. Election of board members and alternates *
8. Election of auditor 
9. Optional

Member topics to be considered at the general meeting must be sent to the presidency chairman@cphbusiness.dk no later than 8 November 2018.

Students wishing to stand for election to the Board, must sent their names to the presidency chairman@cphbusiness.dk no later than 8 November 2018.

The candidates for the board of directors are announced 12 November 2018 on Facebook.
