Two of the most sought after leadership skills at moment are engagement and curiosity. In addition to these, motivation, initiative, and innovation are also very important skills. But how can you demonstrate that you possess these skills?
Some of the most sought after in the Danish job market are:
- Leadership
- Curiosity
- Engagement
In this workshop, we will talk about the elements of leadership, i.e. what they are and how you can address them with your competencies. This will be done through a number of breakout sessions, where you can discuss the topic with the other participants and share experiences.
We will discuss these topics, and you will get specific recommendations on how to transfer your take on these abilities and use them in an application or job interview.
