Create value for your company – participate in an interview

Cphbusiness is currently working on a research project on the management of youth and we need your help. If you are a Danish graduate and has worked full-time within the past year, we would like to hear from you.

Through your participation in our study on recognition amongst youth, you would help creating more awareness about Cphbusiness in the corporate industry. Our focus is to create management tools that create value to the corporate industry.

About the project

Cphbusiness wants to explore the communication between young workers and their employers. The purpose is to identify young peoples’ need for recognition, in order to locate management tools that will help create more motivated employees and bring our their (your) potential.

Our work is based on the thesis that young peoples’ creation of identity and need for relationships is determined by other patterns and relations than those of former generations. It is this particular area that we wish to explore.

Participate in an interview

We want to cover 16 corporations/companies, in order to have a solid data foundation. We hope that you and your workplace would like to participate.

As a participant in this study, you and your employer would be interviewed. These interviews would be based on an explorative questionnaire and take 1 hour and 30 minutes. We are happy to visit you at your workplace, so you do not have to spend time on transport.

The interviews are scheduled to take place in May and/or June, depending on your schedule. The interviews can be anonymous, should you and/or your workplace wish.

You and your workplace will of course receive access to the following report - and have the results presented before they are published.
