Become an expert at studying from home

We will talk about the negative consequences of Corona lockdowns and discuss solutions to the challenges that the lockdowns bring. HK will give you advice on setting up your home office on a student budget, time management, managing your Zoom-fatigue and making agreements with your study group.

We will focus on building a good routine using the "energy traffic lights" to create a good workflow and introduce you to exercises for both body and mind that can improve your home office environment.

About the lecturer

Augusta Palm Ehrenreich from HK Hovedstaden will share her knowledge about preventing work-related injuries and both physical and mental work environment. Augusta regularly works with students and teachers from Cphbusiness, which gives her a unique knowledge about our students and educational programmes.

This workshop is a collaboration with HK. HK is, through their extensive work with Health and Safety representatives, up to date on the newest research on work environments.
