Cphbusiness student wins award at Business Academy Internship of the Year 2021

Caroline Kjær Ramsby who studies at Cphbusiness and her internship company Become wins the Jury's Special Prize at the Business Academy Internship of the Year 2021.

The Business Academy Internship of the Year 2021 final was held 10 May.

One of the winners were Caroline Kjær Ramsby, who studies AP Degree in Multimedia Design at Cphbusiness. With her internship company, the digital marketing agency Become, she won the Jury’s Special Prize which is handed to an internship company that has given the intern an extra good internship.

- I am so happy that we won the prize. Especially because, the jury has seen and recognized the huge professional development I have been through, says Caroline Kjær Ramsby, who was Cphbusiness' finalist, because she won this year’s Cphbusiness Internship of the Year 2021.

Caroline was a magnificent intern, and her work was of enormously high quality. She was our first intern from Cphbusiness, but we are keen to take more interns after this positive experience

The final took place at Centralværkstedet in Aarhus, where the finalists and the jury were gathered, while the audience watched the show online.

The main award for Business Academy Internship of the Year and the Audience Award both went to Michelle Nielsen, who studies AP Degree in Agro Business and Landscape Management at Erhvervsakademi Aarhus, and her internship company Danish Agro.

Made an effort to bring Caroline's strengths into play

When jury member Louise Gade, Executive Vice President of HR at Salling Group, presented the award to Caroline Kjær Ramsby and Become, she said:

- You have been good at giving structured feedback and creating some good learning loops to benefit both the company and the student. And you have been aware of Caroline's strengths and adapted the internship process, so that her strengths came into play in her tasks for the customers, said Louise Gade.

A huge acknowledgement

Michael Rude Cortzen, marketing coordinator at Become, received the award with Caroline Kjær Ramsby at Centralværkstedet, and he is proud of the recognition.

- The award is a huge acknowledgement. Digital marketing agencies have a reputation for giving interns all the tedious tasks, so we are of course happy and proud that we can be one of the good examples, says Michael Rude Cortzen, who has also studied at Cphbusiness.
