Invitation: Annual general meeting at Cphbusiness Students

The student organisation at Cphbusiness invites all students to the annual general meeting.

Your student organisation, Cphbusiness Students, invites all students at Cphbusiness to the annual general meeting (AGM).

This is your opportunity to show your support to the student organisation, to learn about our current situation, and to have your say! The attending students will, among other things, vote on which students, who should sit in the student organisation’s board the next year.

When: Monday 22 November 2021 at 4.30 pm to 6 pm.
Where: Cphbusiness Søerne, Nansensgade 19, 1366 Kbh. K. in room 2.16 on the 2nd floor.
Catering: Snacks and beverages.

  3. The boards' report
  4. Financial reporting, including auditors' observations of the accounts and approval of financial statements
  5. Budget
  6. Topics*
  7. Election of board members and alternates**
  8. Election/appointment of auditor(s)

*Member topics to be considered at the general meeting must be sent to the chairmanship chairman@cphbusiness.dk no later than 15 November 2021.

**Students wishing to stand for election to the board, must sent their name, study information and motivation for becoming a board member to the chairmanship at chairman@cphbusiness.dk no later than 15 November 2021.

The proposals and the candidates for the board of directors are announced no later than 19 November 2021 on the student organisation’s Facebook AGM event.
