Invitation: Chris MacDonald 8 November

Discover Denmark's Speaker No. 1 at this exclusive event!

07 July 2017

Chris MacDonald repeatedly scores top marks for his lectures because he is able to meet, grab and inspire his listeners with humour and his authentic personality

In the company of Chris at this exclusive event, you can prepare yourself for good laughs with room for self-reflection, and we promise you an experience you won’t soon forget.

The science of wellbeing and human performance

In this thought provoking and inspiring seminar Chris MacDonald presents his well-being and human performance hypothesis. A hypothesis founded in a unique and refreshing combination of well-being theories from the sciences of biology, psychology, physiology and sociology.

In a high paced, modern world it can be difficult to find balance and create investment strategies that make both “feeling good” and “performing good” possible. In many cases and all too often one is pressured to compromise one of the two or in worst case both.

However, with the right knowledge and some dedicated practice, we can dramatically increase our odds of having the best of both worlds that is both feeling good and performing good – most of the time.

About Chris MacDonald

Chris MacDonald is a physiologist living in Denmark. He is one of the most sought after public speakers in Denmark, and has been involved in many innovative documentaries about mental and physical wellbeing and health via Danish public broadcasting TV.

He has a unique way to combine solid scientific research and a sense of humor that provides this seminar with an extraordinary dimension.
